Complaint Against Centurion Real Estate
I am extremely disappointed with the way Centurion Real Estate has managed my tenancy. When I moved in, the unit had not been painted or cleaned, and no entrance inspection was conducted. Similarly, when I vacated the property, no exit inspection was carried out, which would have been the proper opportunity to address any concerns. During my tenancy, only repairs to items that were already broken at the time of occupation were attended to. Despite reporting these issues early, I am now being unfairly charged for damages that were not caused by me, but were present from the previous tenant. Since 12 March, I have been attempting to resolve this matter with Kenneth (the agent), but he has ignored all communication and even blocked me on all platforms. This behavior is highly unprofessional and has left me with no way to engage directly. To make matters worse, I am now receiving calls from debt collectors claiming I owe Centurion Real Estate money. This has caused unnecessary stress, disruption, and financial strain, despite my attempts to resolve the issue in good faith. I am requesting that Centurion Real Estate urgently investigates this matter, reverses these unfair charges, and considers appropriate compensation for the stress, unpaid leave, and frustration caused by this ordeal.

Complaint Against Centurion Real Estate
I am extremely disappointed with the way Centurion Real Estate has managed my tenancy. When I moved in, the unit had not been painted or cleaned, and no entrance inspection was conducted. The worst experience ever as a tenant in Lily Port under an agent called Trudey. 1. They will racial profile you and that is how they will manage relationships. If you are not white, be ready to explain yourself with evey circumstance during your lease period. 2. You will not get your deposit. They work hand in hand with their maintenance team, and you will be told you owe Thousands for something that could be fixed for R100,00. 3. The principal is arrogant, has elements of micro-******s antics. The office is worse, you are not getting assisted. 4. Use them, and be subjected to poor administration, close to no response in times of need, and delayed response time when there are maintenance issues. In simple, **** load of organisation! Backward and does not belong in the country. Covid should have left with it! Sis!

Centurion real estate agency will rip house owner.
2023 - very cautious when you choose Centurion Real Estate agency Centurion real estate very horrible service. Ignores emails and phone calls. Would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Stay away from this agency. Totally disgusted and furious, everything in my house was broken, everything not fixed. Bad after service, having trouble getting the agent to refund deposit. They are hostile and dishonest as they don’t want to release deposit. Property was handed in an absolutely dirty state. I made a big mistake allowing these people to manage rental of my property, the agent was so friendly to the tenant from the start and shutting me out even when doing inspection, thought they knew each other from somewhere. Next thing I was getting no rental money (last month). I had to push on getting my money till today nothing. Instead she was telling me how dirty and according to her things needed to be upgraded as nobody will want this unit. I'm very disappointed and will never use or recommend them to anyone. Last month rental and deposit amount not received till date.

Bad service
so disappointed with your agent Hangwi Makhokha , who after the owner of the house canceled the lease and pay back the money to Hangwi to credit my account. Instead of R22.000 what I got from Hangwi was R16.000. All I want is my money from your agent

No response to emails or messages
Bad service and I believe somewhat racial profiling individuals. I opted to view a place which I really liked on Sunday. I emailed the agent the same day who never got back to me with an application form as requested or even answering my question if the place has already been taken. Mind you it was listed for move in date 1 January 2023. No response to my emails or to even consider an application because my name is not Karien or Esma Marie. I emailed again today the fourth day only to receive a response the apartment has been taken. Yet it took them 3 days to respond as I know they were waiting for someone else's info and deposit to appear. Completely disgusted and wouldn't recommend this agency.

Bad service and I believe somewhat racial profiling individuals. I opted to view a place which I really liked on Sunday. I emailed the agent the same day who never got back to me with an application form as requested or even answering my question if the place has already been taken. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Horrible service. Ignores emails and whatsapps. Empty promises. Would not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Totally disgusted and furious, gate is broken, electric fencing is broken, door locks are broken, water leak since moving in and after 6 months still not fixed. Full of excuses. Promised a pool net, and still nothing. Terrible service and dishonest people.

Bad service, dishonest agency.
Bad after service, having trouble getting the agent To refund deposit. Bad service when you move out of rental property. They are hostile and dishonest as they don’t want to release deposit.
