The worst experience ever as a tenant in Lily Port under an agent called Trudey. 1. They will racial profile you and that is how they will manage relationships. If you are not white, be ready to explain yourself with evey circumstance during your lease period. 2. You will not get your deposit. They work hand in hand with their maintenance team, and you will be told you owe Thousands for something that could be fixed for R100,00. 3. The principal is arrogant, has elements of micro-******s antics. The office is worse, you are not getting assisted. 4. Use them, and be subjected to poor administration, close to no response in times of need, and delayed response time when there are maintenance issues. In simple, **** load of organisation! Backward and does not belong in the country. Covid should have left with it! Sis!
