Bad customer service

One of the worst customer service ever. They kept on changing dates of when they will deliver my couches. They did not communicate delays; I had to continuously call for updates. They don’t stick to a pick up or drop off time. You end up canceling your plans only for them not to pitch. Would not recommend anyone use them. In the end they resort to not answering my calls.
