The worst experience purchasing a sumsang at Telkom greenstone. I was assisted to set up the phone to redeem a free watch, I entered incorrect pin. I was then advised to go to Vodacom to get the new device unblocked and I would pay 150. A representative from Samsung walked me to Vodacom where I sat for over 30 minutes when I asked for an update I was advised I should go to another store. I did not came back to Telkom next day and they advised I should go to Vodacom 4u, I went there and the person that can assist was not working. Came back to Telkom to request a complete contract cancellation. And I was advised I need to pay for the very device they are aware I am unable to use. I then asked how the matter can be escalated for me , I was advised the device could be logged in but it could take 2 months to come back. Just atrocious and not customer centric. I have zero energy left, nothing but regrets. I advise no one to bother with Telkom. The staff I store are not empowered to resolve anything, they them selves told me they could log a complaint but there is zero TAT or ETA for complaints meaning it’s in essence is just there for no reason. This company will take your money and not deliver. Contracted them for a fence and after paying deposit of 20 thousand rand. I have nothing to show but endless voice notes of excuses and change in dates of when work will be done. I am waiting for Richard the owner to pay back my money, failing which I will be opening a case with the police.
I have received no parcel tracking information and my order has not arrived and it’s been about over a month now
One of the worst customer service ever. They kept on changing dates of when they will deliver my couches. They did not communicate delays; I had to continuously call for updates. They don’t stick to a pick up or drop off time. You end up canceling your plans only for them not to pitch. Would not recommend anyone use them. In the end they resort to not answering my calls. Virgin active wonderpark in particular the independent personal trainers they allow to rent their space; Karabo is the most unprofessional trainer I have yet to meet. shows up late for sessions and wants to insist you proceed with a session. Virgin Active wonderpark needs to asses the people they allow to rent their space; this experience has really put me off the gym.
