Breach of contract by agency and tenant
The agency and tenant breached the contract and left me with a heavy municipality bill. The agent Austin told me he doesn’t get paid to do this job ie why should he care. I’m appalled at the service and the state of my house. The contract states how you receive the house if how you give it back to me. Very disgusting service and management

29 Jan 2026, 11:19A nonsense review and for no good reason , from this complainant, who is the lessor.
First and foremost the arrears on municipality was only R800-00 odd at the end of a 6 month lease.
Secondly there was only 2 window panes broken, grass was over grown and pool not blue.
We did an out-going inspection on above, got a quote to repair windows and forwarded to Lessee to pay for. Contrary to her claims we did nothing.
Tenant, advized to take FULL Deposit in excess of R13 000-00 for above, which was way above damages as recourse, and we paid this huge amount over to Lessor/Complainant.
again this is contrary to her claim.
Note: all files and correspondence is available for inspection, which will prove that this complaint is absolute nonsense and defamatory which as Principal Broker owner i will hold at bay, pending a legal advice from our attorney if need be.
