Breach of contract by agency and tenant
The agency and tenant breached the contract and left me with a heavy municipality bill. The agent Austin told me he doesn’t get paid to do this job ie why should he care. I’m appalled at the service and the state of my house. The contract states how you receive the house if how you give it back to me. Very disgusting service and management

They are managing my house in an ********* manner, the agent is lying, tenants bridged the contract and the agency refuses to do anything about it, my house was left in a bad state . This is the century 21 in Glen Marais.

Confiscated and not return items
My son went there for a school camp 21 Sept 2024. His silver dish (not a weapon ) was confiscated and never returned when he left the premises. Trying to get an answer has turned into an extreme sport. I've called and sent WhatsApp messages.

Modriver estate incompetence and Peter
They are prejudice and give no service at least poor service would be better. No one takes accountability especially Peter the supposed building manager. He's very rude and incompetent. We've even taken them on the legal route and won due to their lack of accountability. They need to be reviewed by the EAAB. They have installed systems that fraud tenants of their money

appalling service. they are very unprofessional and refuse the explain what you are being billed for. once you confront them they threaten you with legal affairs. i do not recommend it at all
