Do not use Century 21 Potchefstroom student hub

It is the worst and most arrogant agents I have ever experienced. They made appointments with me for future tenants to come view the apartment and never showed up on multiple occasions and never let me know they weren’t coming any more. When asked about it the agent said she never made an appointment and that it was someone else but i have it on WhatsApp that it was her. Ignoring messages from us. They went into the apartment without my consent or knowledge and changed the locks before i even moved out and while i wasn't there. They don't answer any of our calls now and deducted money from the deposit and don't want to give an inspection report of what was wrong after i moved out of the apartment. They did an inspection when i moved in and the day i moved out they said they are going to do an inspection at 9 and i said i won't be done by that time but never responded to our message and did the inspection while i was busy moving out saying i only have an hour to be out. I have a 100 photos to prove the status of the apartment on the day that i moved in.

My advice is that nobody do business with Century 21 Potchefstroom.
