I would not recommend this rental agency. Their communication is extremely poor – they fail to provide proper notice of important matters, and then later try to bill you for amounts you were never informed of. Instead of assisting or resolving issues, they shift blame onto the tenant and demand payment without clear justification.

I found them unhelpful, unprofessional, and unwilling to take accountability for their own lack of communication. Be very cautious when dealing with them – always insist on everything in writing, because otherwise they will try to hold you liable for charges you never agreed to.
