Stay clear of Cerebos products

I bought a 175g salt and pepper set in the Wilderness on about 10 Nov 2020. The pepper had absolutely ZERO taste. When I got home later in Nov I wrote to info@cerebos.co.za complaining about the product. Now 3 weeks later I have not received a reply. I get annoyed when ripped off by a company but REALY annoyed when you complain and dont received a reply. They deserve NO STARS FOR the product and NO STARS for handling the complaint
