Took Polish Quest on trip to Elgin (10 Aug)

We got delayed in Bellville - fine with it but no personnel knows what happening all just say " order from the power"

that is if we can find personnel as almost none available and not one seen

After the train stop no more snacks was avaalible for rest of the trip " None Zero Zilts"

We did not prebook as the plan was to eat lunch at Elgin Market

Most of the train was full of unruly drunk people walking noisely up and down the aisle - what a picture of South Africa Again no personnel to organise and keep control .

A terrible trip not managed by the rail personnel that anyway wee under staffed?
