I recently misplaced my marriage certificate and needed a new one from Home Affairs. I really wasn’t willing to stand in long queues for weeks and then wait another 6–8 weeks for collection, so I decided to try Certificates RSA. I’ll be honest—I was hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure if the service was legit. But after dealing with Maria, all my doubt disappeared. From the very beginning, Maria was professional, patient, and reassuring. She explained the entire process clearly and delivered exactly what she promised. Within 3 days, she sent me a scanned copy of my marriage certificate as well as the waybill for the original, which is already on its way to Cape Town. Maria’s professionalism, excellent people skills and deep knowledge of the process made everything effortless for me. She truly went above and beyond, and she is an asset to the company. Exceptional service and super organised! Communication throughout the process was great. Unabridged Marriage and Birth certificate took 4 weeks, 3 days from initial enquiry email, to delivery in the UK via international courier. This timeframe included a DHA typo which needed correcting, CertificatesRSA immediately got the Birth certificate reissued at no extra charge. I really can't praise the team enough.

Excellent service at an affordable price. I needed an UBC and from placing the order to payment to delivery to my doorstep - it took 5 working days. They make a rather stressful task so easy! Highly recommended!!!

Unabridged birth certificate in under 3 weeks. Excellent communication. Maria made the process very easy, handled over WhatsApp and email without a single error or problem. Very impressed.
