Maria has been called a miracle worker on this platform. And after calling on her expertise to help me with a very sensitive matter, I can understand why. Maria not only helped me obtain the documentation that I needed in record time but was also so kind and compassionate throughout the whole process. Maria really listened to my plight and gave me guidance the entire way. Maria proactively updated me and drove the process along as fast as she possibly could. I would go as far as to say that Maria is not just a miracle worker, that she is an Angel walking on Earth. I am immeasurably grateful to Maria and her team and cannot recommend CertificatesRSA enough. I will refer everyone that I know to certificates RSA now that I have these priceless contact details.
I had a parcel sent to me on Monday. The sender sent me a photo of the waybill at 14h16. At 16h30 on Monday I was able to look at my messages and saw he had the wrong province. I called DSV immediately (16h39) and changed the address to the right one. I was assured by Glory that it had been changed. The next day I went onto the tracking and saw it still had the old address so I called DSV again at 08h51 - unfortunately I didn't take the lady's name down but she assured me that the address was changed and that the tracking system wouldn't reflect the new address. On Thursday morning I checked the online tracking again just to see what it said and it had updated that my parcel was in Upington - wrong province! I called DVS again and spoke to Nosipho. She also assured me it was out for delivery to the correct address. At 12h59 I received a call from Denwill saying he is trying to deliver to me but cannot find my address - in Upington! The wrong province! I called DSV AGAIN (4th call) and Glory kept me on hold and eventually came back promising me that the parcel would be on an overnight flight to Cape Town for arrival on Friday morning (today) but depending on the protests we agreed I may have to collect from the depot myself because I needed the parcel today - Friday the 11th. I called DSV this morning -Friday 11th at 8h28 and Lauren told me it did not get flown overnight and is still in Upington. She promised to get someone to call or email about what could be done. By 15h19 I had heard nothing so called again - 6th call! Kgomotso took my call and said an email had been sent - the email address was wrong so I never got it. Long story short, I am told I will only get the parcel on the 15th and that Simphiwe is the person who will help me. Nothing more can be done. I iterated in every single call to DSV that I needed the parcel by Friday the 11th latest. I am really disappointed at the lack of service, can-do attitude, empathy, and follow through. When something is urgent surely you walk it through the process and not just send emails and hope for the best? I made 6 phone calls and got nowhere. Never mind how concerning it is that DSV's backend systems do not speak to front-end! How did it make it to Upington in the first place when I updated the system two hours after it was dropped off? And was assured it was changed and would arrive at the right address.
