HORRIBLE BRAND, AVOID!!!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS BRAND!!! if you see them at a POP up store at Gateway, Balito, Santon, where-ever, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! They do anything to sell a product, tell you lies & give you a **** demonstration. Once you purchase it, you realize the product does not deliver. It does not work the same. I notified the sales lady immediately on whatsapp after trying the straightner at home, went shortly after to Gateway to the POP store, she said she is the manager but can't help (Red flag right there) She asked me to send cest la vie hair an email and they will be sure to help me and if any problems, I must let her know because I have her number.

Long story short, email sent and they responded to say that they cannot refund me even though I just bought it, tried it and immediately after, communicated my dissatisfaction. They refused to help me. I advised the "manager" who really is just a sales lady.. she changed her attitude and said she can't help me - typical ****mers, do and say whatever they need to make a sale. The straighter quality is bad, it pulls your hair and does not straighten like they promise at the pop up stores. BAD PRODUCT. Rather spend more money getting a reputable straightner like Ghd or vaudry.
