Skin care does not work at all

This sunblock does not work at all- and the company does not care. There is no one to contact to get any information- those who you can contact do not seem to care at all. Stay away from this brand. If you’re looking for skincare that works. You do not want to mess around with sun damage.

I went to the beach for two hours and my face got burnt. I am extremely disappointed - I try to take good care of my skin and your product has led to sun damage - the opposite of what I was expecting the product to do.

I logged the complaint in January 2024, it took 20 days to get a response - they said they would arrange collection for to test the product. It took 5 months before it was collected- I followed up a month after collection- received a vague response and never heard from them again.
