Poor service, substandard goods
The service at this company is rotten all the way from the admin staff to the senior management. I was promised a trailer on 11 November and paid for this 9 weeks in advance in full. Not once did I receive any comms or an update. When I wanted to pick it up (250km away from home) they were not done and didn't tell me... We arranged for a new date and when I got there they were still not done. This continued for a while and when I finally got the trailer the wheel fell off, literally. Right so I have to get this fixed on my own account and then find that the door is cracked and that the whole thing (which is 3 weeks old supposedly) is rusting.
Their management told me that they are very busy in meetings and they will contact me when they get a chance. To date nothing.
Great looking trailer, ****py service and inferior quality.

05 Feb 2019, 05:33So this business knows about the review and like with their general client feedback decided to ignore it. Apparently they are big enough and small incidents like this won't hurt them. Possibly tru but certainly something every prospective client should know
