This business is a ****, they don't deliver products. We had to apply to our bank to reverse the transaction and even this was resisted by Kitnation.
This is my third review. This is the most disorganised business ever. Their thousands of staff members don't talk to each other and I still don't have a working router and internet service. Every single time someone else calls me and I have to explain the whole issue. There is no way to contact them and I am not allowed to speak to the call centre because I don't have an active service but I have already paid!! VODACOM - can you allocate a single person to resolve this. I am a new LTE to home customer, I have paid and you have to activate my service. You haven't sent me a sim card, that is your fault so I have a router that doesn't work. How long will this continue?
Taking out the insurance is a bit of a pain, you complete a whole host of questions online and then still have to spend time with someone on the phone. The premium i got is also vastly different from the one quoted online but given that it is lower I don't mind! Don't position this as an online process, just say it is call centre driven then I know to prepare for that. There are few things as annoying as expecting a digital online process and then ending up in a call centre. Yes the agent was knowledgeable and helpful but I didn't want to talk to someone on the phone to start with. 5 stars for the agent 2 stars for misleading me to dotsure.
What a disaster. Since the last week of July I've been trying to resolve a new contract with vodacom for home lte. I've received three email notifications saying that this will be actioned whilst I've had two separate dragged out conversations with the call centre to activate this. Although I have the unit there is no way to activate it there is no sim card and no one is responding. Yes they have taken my money! No I don't have the service!
Went through an entire online application process that takes a lot of time! At the end of this laborious process I was called by a service agent to capture my application and yes we had to go through all of the questions again and this time it took even longer because their system was slow. Given all of the challenges with phishing it was extremely uncomfortable to share such personal financial information with someone on the phone that was using an unknown cell phone number...do not offer online applications if it doesn't work
We have been using them for more than 10 years but something changed recently and their standards tanked. The owner of the company completely lost interest in the business and ignores customers. We had 5 aircons installed by them, there is an issue with leaking on one because there are exposed cooling pipes but after they pressured us into paying there is radio silence and no attempt to have the issues resolved. Historically, Mike was very responsive and sorted all issues out straight away. If you want value for money and support, rather contact another provider.
Early September (more than 3 months ago) I bought a Pro Shop Voucher with the intention that my nephew can use it to buy a new club for his birthday. The very same day he tried to buy the club on their online sale and it didn't work. I promptly reported this to them and asked how we could obtain the club that was on special. Nanette Arentsen sent me an email saying that they are sorry about the issue and that she can organise the club as long as I send her the voucher codes. The club came on special again since I tried to buy it online and since September Nanette nor anyone else at the Pro Shop came back to me. Now that I am bombarding them with emails Nanette says that she cannot redeem those vouchers for me online. Seriously, if they didn't ignore me for 3 months then I would have been able to buy the club in store if it doesn't work online. Now I sit with a voucher that I have no use for and they have stopped responding again...
The service at this company is rotten all the way from the admin staff to the senior management. I was promised a trailer on 11 November and paid for this 9 weeks in advance in full. Not once did I receive any comms or an update. When I wanted to pick it up (250km away from home) they were not done and didn't tell me... We arranged for a new date and when I got there they were still not done. This continued for a while and when I finally got the trailer the wheel fell off, literally. Right so I have to get this fixed on my own account and then find that the door is cracked and that the whole thing (which is 3 weeks old supposedly) is rusting. Their management told me that they are very busy in meetings and they will contact me when they get a chance. To date nothing. Great looking trailer, ****py service and inferior quality.
In 2013 we got ADT to install an alarm (bad mistake). For 2 years we phoned and emailed them every month to fix the alarm but to no avail. Eventually I had to get someone to fix the alarm for a small fortune (twice what ADT charged) but at least it started working. Now 4 years later ADT wants to hand me over to debt collectors to pay for the alarm. I have my monthly correspondence saved since 2013!!
<p>This place is known for not booking clients and then there is a massive issue when you do arrive to check it. However even though they have this problem they refuse to confirm a booking unless you keep pestering the reception - I had to send 4 mails AFTER paying in full. The service is terrible and I recommend you look elsewhere for accommodation or wedding venues. </p>
