After purchasing a golf set at The Pro Shop at Lynnwood Bridge, a debit order was started under Play More Golf without my consent. After contacting Play More Golf and e-mailing them , no response. They keep on deducting. I have never used Play More Golf.

On 27 November 2025 I purchased the undermentioned items on the Pro Shop black Friday On-Line special offers. The purchase was seamless and the communication thorough. I received delivery a on 2 December which was very good service - here is where it falls apart; the items are; 2 pairs of Adidas Traxion Response golf shoes size UK11 Unfortunately I require a 11&half. I called the the Lynnwood shop on Tuesday 2nd December. I was helped by two courteous people " Johannes and Kobus". They promptly sourced the correct size shoes from one of their stores and undertook to have the incorrect shoes collected by Aramax urgently and the replacement order dispatched. I followed up on the 4th December as to when the collection will take occur and they said the instruction was issued for collection and I must wait and after receipt they will send the replacement order!! It is now the 6th Dec Surely The Pro Shop can deliver the replacement order and collect the incorrect order at the same time? my guess is the replacement order of shoes will get sold out and I'll lose out I'm really disappointed in this poor service - Pro Shop do better! I’ve worked there for 3 years without any warning whatsoever yesterday I was fired for going to a soccer game instead of being sick with my doctors note that I had presented they still said I’m must leave this company is one useless company ever .

Was at Proshop Wood 02/10/2025, disappointing customer service. Was told that they do not accept any returns on electronic products. Insinuated that they could be "Temu" products, although they were sealed products with Proshop labels. Thank you to Proshop Fourways for your professional and friendly service, who gladly assisted me. Will not be supporting Proshop Woodmead again.

Proshop Woodmeat under staff 30 minutes in the shop and absolutely no assistance we asked if someone can help us but everyone was busy. I even asked for assistance and the gentleman just said he will come back and never did same happened in 2011 when i was last there thats the reason why i never when back still the same will continue to support their opposition

I went to the Pro shop in Durban, Saturday the 8th to buy a new set of clubs. After walking around the store for 30+ minutes, I decided to leave as there was nobody around to help. As I walked out, I told the guy standing at the door, how poor the service was. He commented " we short staffed" Well, I am sure the opposition will be willing to do business

I have purchased irons from them in December, 22nd December. The 6 iron was missing and they told me they will order it from Cobra and I should have it by the 31st December. I went to them the 3rd January and they told me it's still not ready. I have phoned them so many times, the sales manager promised me it will be delivered the 20th January. Still nothing received today.

Been to the Woodmeat 2 time already the forst time myself and my family spend almost 30 minutes in the store and not even ones were we asked if someone can help us the second time I went down to look at the pre owned clubs apparently if you browse there you are cheap and no one helps you aswell. I even asked for assistance and the gentleman just said he will come back he is just busy with a big order well needless to say 15 minutes later i left Will not support them
