Purchased the 2kw Geyserwise element with all supporting accessories for the installation. After installing, the geyser was leaking through their flange. After reporting, they advised that it was an installation which caused the metal flange to bend. Not taking accountability for their poor quality and design.

Was at Proshop Wood 02/10/2025, disappointing customer service. Was told that they do not accept any returns on electronic products. Insinuated that they could be "Temu" products, although they were sealed products with Proshop labels. Thank you to Proshop Fourways for your professional and friendly service, who gladly assisted me. Will not be supporting Proshop Woodmead again.
Reported incorrect billing a year ago. I've also paid for their incorrect billing. Escalated to the ombudsman and issue is still not resolved. Asked for my account to be reconciled and to be compensated but was told that the billing was correct. Absolutely useless bunch of clowns.
****** useless when calling the customer service number. You will age while holding on for service. You get through to an agent within seconds if you want to open an account but there's nobody available when you want to close an account.

Had a geyser blowout on 12/10/2024 and contact King Price. I cannot recall the agents name but I would sincerely like to thank her for her exceptional service and resolving my claim. The contractors that assisted with the repairs were professional and efficient. Geyser was replaced 13/10/2024, under 24hrs reported and resolved.
Investors waiting for their profit shares from Oceans Umhlanga (Radisson Blu). No communication, seems like our investment which played a huge role in funding the development of this project has been swept under the rug.
