I tried contacting this company using many methods and got no answer at all. Not once. No call back, no update, nothing. The service has been terrible from the moment I paid. The first red flag came when I was informed that there will be two deliveries. It feels like once they have your money, they just cant be bothered. Even their service providers seem to have the same attitude. The courier company, after taking more than a week to deliver, had me waiting for the goods all day and didnt deliver as yet. Today is the second day. I am still waiting for my order and no one can give me a straight answer. If it is not delivered today, I want it cancelled. Simple. Very disappointing experience. I would highly recommend not dealing with them.

I ordered a Nemtek energizer from Livestainable on 31 March 2026 as advertiesed by them. An item was received several days later which was a part of the enegizer they advertised and not the item displayed on the advert. I immediately requested the return of the item on the 8th March and after several requests for the return of the item it was only collected several days later and now again request for my refund on numerous occasions. The refund was only made on 29th April. Their support is unacceptable and the advertising is incorrect. If you buy from them be carefull as you have the risk of very poor service. I will never support them again.

Below is the ******* they send you when you want to return goods. The sheer audacity. I received a solar spotlight without a remote. It cannot be operated without a remote. Now I must pay for it to be returned. Is that how you make your money? I must return it at my cost , you refund me but not the full amount!!! You take the goods and re-sell it with the remote and make a massive profit on it. How do I test it without opening the package? You are blatant *******. You call yourself an operations manager Chante du Preez , what service do you provide? Answer my mail and your phone. Next the ombudsman. 1. Timeframe for Returns Change of Mind / Incorrect / Unwanted Goods: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Defective or Faulty Goods: These may be returned within 6 months of delivery under Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA for assessment and warranty processing. Requests logged outside these timeframes will unfortunately be declined. 2. Condition of Returned Items Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened, in original packaging and resaleable condition. Packaging must be undamaged, with no writing, stickers, or tape app**** directly to the OEM box. All components (manuals, accessories, *****s, fittings, etc.) must be included. Items that have been installed, tampered with, or modified cannot be accepted for refund, and will instead be processed under warranty where applicable. 3. Photos Required Please reply to this email with clear photos showing: The item and its packaging (outer and inner boxes). Any damage, defect, or installation setup (if applicable). These photos are required before a collection or assessment can be arranged. 4. Return Packaging All items must be placed in protective outer packaging (such as a box or mailer). Courier waybills may not be attached directly to the OEM or product packaging. Returns handed to couriers without adequate protection may be rejected upon inspection. 5. Shipping & Collection Costs Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by Livestainable.
