TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
When completed my purchase I immediately chat and emailed with them letting them know it's a birthday present. They booked the courier to pick up but when courier arrived the parcel was NOT ready. NEEDLESS TO SAY, ITS 4 DAYS PAST THE BIRTHDAY AND STILL NO PACKAGE......... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL DEFINATELY THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM AGAIN.

Below is the ******* they send you when you want to return goods. The sheer audacity. I received a solar spotlight without a remote. It cannot be operated without a remote. Now I must pay for it to be returned. Is that how you make your money? I must return it at my cost , you refund me but not the full amount!!! You take the goods and re-sell it with the remote and make a massive profit on it. How do I test it without opening the package? You are blatant *******. You call yourself an operations manager Chante du Preez , what service do you provide? Answer my mail and your phone. Next the ombudsman. 1. Timeframe for Returns Change of Mind / Incorrect / Unwanted Goods: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Defective or Faulty Goods: These may be returned within 6 months of delivery under Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA for assessment and warranty processing. Requests logged outside these timeframes will unfortunately be declined. 2. Condition of Returned Items Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened, in original packaging and resaleable condition. Packaging must be undamaged, with no writing, stickers, or tape app**** directly to the OEM box. All components (manuals, accessories, *****s, fittings, etc.) must be included. Items that have been installed, tampered with, or modified cannot be accepted for refund, and will instead be processed under warranty where applicable. 3. Photos Required Please reply to this email with clear photos showing: The item and its packaging (outer and inner boxes). Any damage, defect, or installation setup (if applicable). These photos are required before a collection or assessment can be arranged. 4. Return Packaging All items must be placed in protective outer packaging (such as a box or mailer). NO WATER thanks to LiveStainable
I ordered a borehole pump after installing pump didn't produce any water. The Plumber pulled it out to check if they had do something wrong but found nothing wrong with the installation so I had to pay for a second day. Testing the pump in 210L drum with clean water we could block the end of the pipe by hand with little to no pressure. I eventually got a reply from LiveStainable they said because it had been installed they can't refund me and the unit must go back to supplier. Now where am I going to find a waterfall 80 meters high so that I can test the pump before installing it??? I have now had to buy a replacement pump as we can't wait for Livestainable to do something when we don't have water, it costs us two thousand rand every four days to get water delivered.

Useless Services!
They are quick to sell but there is no after sales. I took back the item myself and requested a refund. I was promised that I will be refunded in 24-48hrs. It's already one week later and nothing has happened. I keep on phoning but no answer and after a while they drop the call. Very poor service!

I was recommended and told how fast an efficient they are but I am not getting that level of service. You try and call no answer and eventually they reply on WhatsApp. I am only ordering a small part (my shipping fee is 3 times the price of the part) but this is holding me up because it took them a week since payment to even look to ship my order. Very disappointing!
