Useless business

I have ordered online an item that shows in stock on the 12th of May, it is the 20th today, without any email update, my order status still shows - we are busy preparing this item for shipping. This is very bad business ethics and I get the idea that whoever is in charge of this business is an amateur or just does not care. Good luck with your useless business I am buying the item again from somewhere else.
