When completed my purchase I immediately chat and emailed with them letting them know it's a birthday present. They booked the courier to pick up but when courier arrived the parcel was NOT ready. NEEDLESS TO SAY, ITS 4 DAYS PAST THE BIRTHDAY AND STILL NO PACKAGE......... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, WILL DEFINATELY THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM AGAIN.
Bought 2 x Cattleman Porterhouse Steak through 60/60 on 21 Feb - Order no. 190999805 form Checkers Amajuba Mall Newcastle. One was grilled rare and the other medium. We could not even cut it with a Victorinox knife or chew it. It was the worst toughest meat. I just wasted R200!!! Sies man
I loved having Mobicred, but closed it due to personal reasons. Upon contacting Mobicred to reopen my account, I was told that I can't reopen my account, and I also can't reapply. Thus, I am not allowed to ever have a Mobicred account again. This is beyond silly, what type of company won't allow you to come back when you have never even missed a payment. Their own terms and conditions are very clear: You may terminate this agreement at any time by contacting us and informing us hereof. We will provide you with a settlement amount that you must pay us and after receipt and processing of such payment, we will close your account. If you wish to reopen your account, you will need to apply again; in which event, we cannot guarantee that you will be extended credit again or if your application is successful, that you receive the same credit limit again. SO ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU CAN APPLY FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT AFTER CLOSING PREVIOUS ONE, BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO DO THAT, THEY JUST SAY YOU CANNOT OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT AFTER CLOSING PREVIOUS ONE. THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SIES MAN

I currently have a layby. My last payment does not show on the statement. They have asked for proof of payment, which I have provided numerous times together with their payment receipts. THey are just not coming back to me, ignoring my emails and not rectifying this. Shame on you Sleepmasters!!!!!
When I app**** telephonically for a Home Internet Pro 5G Promo Monthly on 28 March, I was informed that I have to pay upfront R450 for pro rata the last days of March and the upfront payment for April. WHich I did. The lady then informed me that the contract is R399 a month, which I accepted. Now I get an account of almost R800??????? This company are NOT TO BE TRUST _ THEY ARE *****STERS!!!!
I took oit a home internet month to month plan end March. The mtn agent said Im on the uncapped home internet plan with a FUP of 600gb. I asked her to cinfirm that and she did I received an sms now that I have reached 50% of the FUP. Upon enquiring I was tild Im on a 300gb FUP. I have now requested the phone recording as that is NOT what I signed up for or what I was assured of. The CPA prohibits suppliers from misleading consumers about the price, description, or benefits of goods or services. If perks advertised over the phone don't match the actual contract, this could constitute misleading representation.
Bought online. Cosmetics was opened (used??) and completely dry. Was promised a voucher. Never received it despite me enquiring numerous times on their whatsapp number
On Friday 21/06 I ordered 2 types of crumbed chicken patties. THe one was a smaller oval type (4 in a packet) for R64,99 p/kg - 2 packets, and the other one was a bigger pattie (2 in a packet) for R96,99 p/kg - 2 packets. I received 4 packets of EXACTLY the same pattie (the smaller oval one 4 in packet). 2 packets was marked R64,99 and the other 2 marked R96,99. I phoned the help line twice and emailed several times. It seems they does not understand the issue as the lady said: Its a weighted item, the prices will be different. I KNOW ITS A WEIGHTED ITEM, THE ISSUE IS ITS EXACTLY THE SAME PRODUCT FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY R96,99 P/KG INSTEAD OF R64,99 P/KG. THEN THEY ISSUED ME R12,96 CREDIT????? ARE THEY IDIOTS????????? i even sent them photos!!!!!
The accounts department are absolutely useless. Our account is paid in full, and proof was sent to them and even spoke to them on the phone confirming this. Despite that we have been handed over and notice given that we will be listed on ITC. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. THEY HAVE *********** PEOPLE WORKING IN THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS SENT TO accounts@erconsulting.co.za or accounts@firstcare.solutions.
