I ordered a Nemtek energizer from Livestainable on 31 March 2026 as advertiesed by them. An item was received several days later which was a part of the enegizer they advertised and not the item displayed on the advert. I immediately requested the return of the item on the 8th March and after several requests for the return of the item it was only collected several days later and now again request for my refund on numerous occasions. The refund was only made on 29th April. Their support is unacceptable and the advertising is incorrect. If you buy from them be carefull as you have the risk of very poor service. I will never support them again.
DSTV Since the 9th January I approached DSTV regarding two of my payments made to them on 2 /12/2024 and 4/01/2024 which did not reflect on my account **********24. Despite numerous please, requests, phone calls e mails etc. the matter still remain unresolved. Every time I approach them it is the same answer that they will follow up and come back which just do not happen. This is now the 4th report on Hello Peter and I can not recal how many reports to them directly. Can a business be absolutely not caring at all.
Since the beginning of the year, after numerous messages and calls and now the 3rd report on hello Peter I get the same response from DSTV which is they will follow up and get back to me which just do not happen. Can it be that a company is so arrogant to just not get back to requests. I made two payments one in December 2023 and one in January 2024 which do not reflect on my account R 1798 may not sound like a lot of money but for a pensioner like me it is. And DSTV if you are going to come back with yr response "We will follow up and get back to you ASAP" please do not even bother because this is all you do time after time after time you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am at my wits end, only avenue left is to try via the ombudsman.
Since my initial complaint on Monday 1 April 2024 and the response from DSTV that they are attending to it and will give feedback as soon as possible NOTHING again. How long is as soon as possible and how difficult can it be to follow up on payments made with proof of payment sent!!!!

I placed an order with Pick n Pay online which were delivered on 21 November 2018. One of the bottles, a whisky was found to be broken on delivery. Thereafter despite numerous correspondence to Pick n Pays customer care and acknowledgement of receipt no action has been taken by Pick and Pay. This is considered as extremely poor service, why have a customer care service if they are not interested in dealing with Customer complaints.
