Bad service from the start. Keep away.

I tried contacting this company using many methods and got no answer at all. Not once. No call back, no update, nothing. The service has been terrible from the moment I paid. The first red flag came when I was informed that there will be two deliveries. It feels like once they have your money, they just cant be bothered. Even their service providers seem to have the same attitude. The courier company, after taking more than a week to deliver, had me waiting for the goods all day and didnt deliver as yet. Today is the second day. I am still waiting for my order and no one can give me a straight answer. If it is not delivered today, I want it cancelled. Simple.

Very disappointing experience. I would highly recommend not dealing with them.
