PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: Chamberlain Kyalami

The level of Customer Satisfaction received from Chamberlains-Kyalami between last Friday, 17 October 2025 and Saturday, 18 October 2025 was nothing short phenomenal. Samson was excellent in assisting to source the required for four units of TAP HEADPART COBRA EXTENDED RB PP-FSPRA3OT-7FP01.

Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mishap as I made a normal EFT payment expecting the payment to reflect before the close of business so that I could receive delivery of he paid-for goods on Saturday morning before 10:00 AM as I had already booked a plumber for 10:00 AM.

In the true tradition of Service Excellence I received a call from Kobus ( I hope I have the name recorded correctly as I had been speaking to several people last Friday) at the said branch at approximately 5:00 PM who advised that he will check if the payment was reflecting on Saturday morning and would arrange the delivery as promised.

I was somewhat surprised when, true to his word, he called at about 5 minutes after the store's opening time, confirming that the payment had been received and that the tap heads will be delivered before 10:00 AM.

The goods were delivered to my doorstep by Sesona (the driver for Chamberlain Kyalami) at 09:35 AM . He was very professional and asked me to inspect the goods in the package to check for correctness.

It has been a VERY, VERY long time since I have experienced customer service (a rare commodity and a dying service in a stressed South African Economy) , let alone SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Well done to the Leadership and Team at Chamberlain Kyalami. I will be dealing exclusively with this store going forward.
