Good day Woolworths and Chanel Mall of Africa
I would like to report a very bad service experience that I received at your store (Woolworths) Mall of Africa Chanel make up department on 05/10/2017. Nhlanhla from Chanel department was very rude. I asked which matte lipstick would she recommend from her section. She showed me and when I asked is that it she got irritated. She started shouting and rushing to the other two gentlemen who I later learned they are fellow employees. I said to her no need to get all worked out I was just asking as I’m not familiar with a brand as I have been loyal to another brand. She said she will not help me because she can see that we do not get along ??♀️ and I seem to know what I want. I calmly left her alone and asked for her name. I do not think that Woolworths and Chanel encourage such customer behavior. I was still busy with my assignments hence I did not report this early. I was later assisted by Monica on Ms London make up department and I must say she gave me exceptionally great service. Please attend to this employee and ensure she is taught the importance of great customer service and communication s****s at work, she’s horrible.?
