I bought a chanel product at chanel counter at woolworths Cavendish square which she found fragrance very weak and do not last. She always use chanel and was not happy as the sample she was given lasted longer than the actual fragrance. She took it back to store but they said they would se d it for testing and left her without perfume for a week and after query on status they told her the courier forgot to collect the perfume.I find this unacceptable and they should have refunded her or swapped the perfume instead as this could take some time .The feeling is that the perfume she was sold is not as demonstrated to her with the sample that was given .

I have had very pleasant experiences with the Chanel store, Edgars, Mall of Africa this year. This is because how wonderful and courteous Dudu has been. Dudu is willing to go beyond her call of duty to service her customers and has huge patience. May she be an example to others how good customer service looks.

Good day Woolworths and Chanel Mall of Africa I would like to report a very bad service experience that I received at your store (Woolworths) Mall of Africa Chanel make up department on 05/10/2017. Nhlanhla from Chanel department was very rude. I asked which matte lipstick would she recommend from her section. She showed me and when I asked is that it she got irritated. She started shouting and rushing to the other two gentlemen who I later learned they are fellow employees. I said to her no need to get all worked out I was just asking as I’m not familiar with a brand as I have been loyal to another brand. She said she will not help me because she can see that we do not get along ??♀️ and I seem to know what I want. I calmly left her alone and asked for her name. I do not think that Woolworths and Chanel encourage such customer behavior. I was still busy with my assignments hence I did not report this early. I was later assisted by Monica on Ms London make up department and I must say she gave me exceptionally great service. Please attend to this employee and ensure she is taught the importance of great customer service and communication s****s at work, she’s horrible.? Regards Lulu

<p>I was so excited to purchase my tickets for the launch of Chanel No 5 because I've used this fragrance ever since I started working and could afford to buy my own perfume.</p> <p>However, I find myself really disappointed with the whole thing (except the new fragrance which I love just as much as the previous No 5's). I really excepted a lavish venue not the center court of a Shopping Center where every Tom, **** and Harry could get the same presentation that I paid for.</p> <p>Secondly, there was not sufficient seating and some of us had to stand for a long period of time.</p> <p>Third, the hors d'oeuvre that were served were certainly delicious but not sufficient. And they ran out before all the people were served. I managed to taste two.</p> <p>Fourth, I did not get to experience the hand massage because the line was too long and as I'd been standing most of the time, I could not wait any longer so did not experience this pleasure.</p> <p>Fifth, so I decided to go try the make up, but alas, too few stations. For 60 guests who were expected, how did anyone expect that 6 stations would be enough for so many people.</p> <p>Finally, the Photo Booth. Stunning! But again so crowed and having stood for so long I had to forgo this pleasure.</p> <p>I sent a letter but they did not have the decency of answering me. </p> <p>So disappointed.</p>

I had made an appointment a make over at the Chanel Beauty studio at Eastgate the 31/10/2015. My appointment was for one hour for my daughter who was attending a red carpet event. The make artist Humphrey spent over two hours with us, giving his expert input and ensuring that we were satisfied with the results, textures, colours & etc. Humphrey went the extra mile making the adjustment to our satisfaction. He said with a smile at end of the day you got to be happy with the end results The assist consultant Lindiwe came to me offered me a drink and asked if she could touch up my makeup although I did not go to have my make up done. in the interim I was treated to a complimentary manicure and splurge of the Channel 5 perfume. All this was done while I waited for my daughter. Leaving there feeling like a million dollar and my daughter like a princess. To my SURPRISE I got a telephone from Humphrey this morning to find out if all went well with my daughter at the ball and if she was still ecstatic with a make over. Her concern was that the make up had to last all night..<br> My heartfelt gratitude to the Chanel Team for the patience's, excellent outstanding service. THANK YOU
