I had made an appointment a make over at the Chanel Beauty studio at Eastgate the 31/10/2015. My appointment was for one hour for my daughter who was attending a red carpet event. The make artist Humphrey spent over two hours with us, giving his expert input and ensuring that we were satisfied with the results, textures, colours & etc. Humphrey went the extra mile making the adjustment to our satisfaction. He said with a smile at end of the day you got to be happy with the end results The assist consultant Lindiwe came to me offered me a drink and asked if she could touch up my makeup although I did not go to have my make up done. in the interim I was treated to a complimentary manicure and splurge of the Channel 5 perfume. All this was done while I waited for my daughter. Leaving there feeling like a million dollar and my daughter like a princess. To my SURPRISE I got a telephone from Humphrey this morning to find out if all went well with my daughter at the ball and if she was still ecstatic with a make over. Her concern was that the make up had to last all night..<br> My heartfelt gratitude to the Chanel Team for the patience's, excellent outstanding service. THANK YOU
My land line at home is out of order since July 2015. I have logged numerous calls to Telkom and to day date nothing as been done. I was told it takes 5 - to 10 working days until a technician assigned. I received a sms thereafter a technician is attending to the matter. To date every second day I call Telkom, with no vain and nothing as been resolved. I get told the same lame excuses, that there is a shortage of staff, a technician is on call or they cannot understand why it as not been resolved. I t ask to speak to the manager, I get told he is busy and will call back in half and hour. I speak to the supervisor and she tells me this matter will be attended and she will call me and nothing ever gets done. Everyday when I call I got to repeat all my references numbers and give them the same story. All I get said it is a call Centre and they just pass the message through and will send the email to the manager. Its going to four months and this matter as not been Resolved.<br> I have also been told by the consultant at the call centre when I call, don't worry don't pay your service charge for the months to Telkom .. Pathetic. HELLO I need my telephone lines up running!!!
