Thank you Dudu
I have had very pleasant experiences with the Chanel store, Edgars, Mall of Africa this year. This is because how wonderful and courteous Dudu has been. Dudu is willing to go beyond her call of duty to service her customers and has huge patience. May she be an example to others how good customer service looks.

Sloppy service
Life Grand Cafe - Mall of Africa. Such poor and despicable service. Arriving was told to fill in a log book and then was left there unattended. Some other waiter saw me waiting and sat me down. The waiter I got was not courteous. I had sat with a finished plate for 10 - 15 minutes before he could clear my table. What sloppy business is this. This place is clearly not risking COVID-19 for. Really distasteful service!!

Mall of Africa Checkers Hyper
Mall of Africa Checkers Hyper terrible! ****roaches in the hot food section. The store doesn’t enforce social distancing rules for COVID19. Never visiting this branch ever again. Manager is clueless and have no idea about customer service.

Wine-Club of the year

Burger King is King
The most consistently efficient burger franchise in the country. Kyalami and San Ridge branches EXCELLENT service and experience all the time. Food taste, temperature and portion excellent all the time. Thank you.

ABSA is the way to do banking...
ABSA has given me excellent service for the longest time. My review is on the improved service they provide and keeps improving with improvement of technology. Always deliver the services I require and they have the most efficient staff and system that is customer friendly.
