Truly wonderful evening.

Over the course if the evening the staff checked in quite a few times to make sure everything was going well. We did find the babground to the wine extremely interested. We were provided with a full explanation of each wine, where it came from and what made it unique. Fantastic wine pairing menu. Really great steak that was well prepared. The atmospere was lovely and the service really good. The only area of improvement might possibly have been on the pastry that was quite tough.
