The level of unproffessional service in her surgery. No communication about late arrival of Dr even though you made and appointment and kept with the time. Let you seat there for hours and saying the Dr is close. Treat people as if they have nothing to do. There is absolutely nothung wrong with delaying, but when a client asks- be hinest so that she goes and do other things and cime back later. Black Proffessiinals need to change thia mentality, it is degrading them.I've never been that annoyed.
