Let you seat there for hours and saying the Dr is close. Treat people as if they have nothing to do. There is absolutely nothung wrong with delaying, but when a client asks- be hinest so that she goes and do other things and cime back later. Black Proffessiinals need to change thia mentality, it is degrading them.I've never been that annoyed.
