Never received my order - closed down?
Placed an order on 22February 2026, Phoned numerous times and the phone either switches off with no answer or goes to voicemail. Wrote numerous emails to sales@charisjewelry.co.za - keep on getting the auto response email which says they will contact me back in 24/48hours. No reply email. There goes my +R1500 worth of gifts for my children. I have bought from them before with no issue, but it seems they have closed down and now ****ming people due to the fact that the only thing up and running is the website and the payment system. Don't place any orders with them - the only one getting something is them and that's your money.

They dont deliver orders
Ordered a bracelet on 5th November and still havent recieved it now, i looked like a fool on my girlfriend birthday the past week. The customer service is so weak they dont even respond to emails anymore, i wouldnt recommend using them. there are plenty of jewellers. I feel ****med to be honest.

They are a **** ! Never received my order or feedback
Placed an order in the 8th of October 2025 and till this day haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed them over 6 time with no response and tried to phone the business only for the line to be busy every single time. I payed almost R1400 for my product and haven’t received anything. This is a ****.

Delivery time not as promised
I placed an order on 19 Sept 2025, and I still do not have my product. Although they communicated via email, I find it strange that it promises 3-4 business days for delivery, but 5 weeks is pushing it...

****! All these reviews are ****! After payment they send you a order number .. thereafter nothing else happens , you dont get your product or any communication , they dont reply to emails calls or even messages on their social media. You wont receive anything.

Unacceptable business ethic
I ordered an item on the 2nd of June and still have not received it I called on Monday spoke to a lady who said she will check and call me back before COB, no call. I called again today spoke to the lady said she will check and promised to call me back before COB once again no call! My order number is #82646 When you see this please refund me cause when I call in the lady will tell me "she will see if she can refund me and call me back" like she's been promising This is unacceptable customer service !!
