Order not received or any feedback
I placed an order on the 17 February 2026 on the website. I send several email queries, Facebook messages and instagram but have not received any feedback. The website is also down since I placed the order. All you get is automated messages from all these pages. I have paid for this order and getting now response.

BIRTHDAY GIFT
It was my first purchase online. I purchased a name chain for my daughter's 16th birthday. I received a message stating there is a one week delay in manufacturing. After waiting a week, I stated panicking because my daughter's birthday was coming up. I emailed my concerns and was advised the chain is on its way. It arrived a day before her birthday. My daughter simply loves it. great quality and absolutely beautiful. will highly recommend Charis Jewelry.

Gr8 customer service and products!
order number 81901 - Wow these guys are absolutely brilliant. What a professional company. The website was easy to use with a huge variety of items to choose from for a medical alert bracelet. I required 4 individual bracelets each to be done with specific information in a specific way. This was a rather difficult order to process and a fair bit of information to engrave on each bracelet- EVERYTHING WAS DONE 100% CORRECTLY. The order arrived earlier than expected (estimated 3 week turn around) bracelets are lovely looking and durable ! Each bracelet was packaged in protective packaging and a little box . A full email update with dispatch details and a direct link to the courier company. I am impressed with the lovely customer service. Thank you :)
