I placed an order on the 17 February 2026 on the website. I send several email queries, Facebook messages and instagram but have not received any feedback. The website is also down since I placed the order. All you get is automated messages from all these pages. I have paid for this order and getting now response.
<p>I would just like to thank Ntokozo Ngcobo for the excellent service she provided today! I was actually called by the call centre to sell me a product and I was so angry because i have not received feedback regarding my query i had a year ago with a policy already in place. By the time I was sent through to Ntokozo I was rude, angry and not so nice. This wonderful woman took my attitude and changed my mood completely just because she stayed calm and insisted that she can help me! From wanting to cancel my policy I just changed a few details and all thanks to Ntokozo I have kept my policy! She is very good for the company and I hope this is seen by her Managers! Sorry, that I took my anger out on the one person that did help me!</p>
