They are a **** ! Never received my order or feedback

Placed an order in the 8th of October 2025 and till this day haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed them over 6 time with no response and tried to phone the business only for the line to be busy every single time. I payed almost R1400 for my product and haven’t received anything. This is a ****.
