The issue that I have experienced was: On the second of March 2024, I ordered a Charles & Keith online to be shipped to South Africa. The company of Charles & Keith then sent an email with a confirmation of the order with a number. I had seen that on tracking nothing had been processed. I was worried as i have spent R3071 on this bag including shipment. It is quite steep already for me. I see that nothing has been updated on tracking info for a week. I message their WhatsApp line and receive responses after several hours or days. They do not answer their whatsaap line phone aswell. They also make up the live chat on their website, it does not exist. Only after hunting them down, do they send a message saying that they are out of stock even though I clearly did not preorder but order under pretences that stock exists. the website was false altogether. They have now taken my money and sent vague emails saying they cant assist me etc. I have been trying to contact them for the past days and no return of my email and response. The last message i received from them stated that i had to confirm something in four days or they are shutting me up. May i add that they still Have my R3071 with them. I am so disappointed as i used to shop at the South African branch all the time with joy and now the company has become something else with no value for its customers. I am utterly disappointed and I feel ****med.I am willing to broadcast the exchange of emails back and forth to showcase Charles and Keith's poor service and lack of integrity and urgency to customers after taking their money. So now I don't know when i am getting this bag or not with my money still in their hands.
