The issue that I have experienced was: On the second of March 2024, I ordered a Charles & Keith online to be shipped to South Africa. The company of Charles & Keith then sent an email with a confirmation of the order with a number. I had seen that on tracking nothing had been processed. I was worried as i have spent R3071 on this bag including shipment. It is quite steep already for me. I see that nothing has been updated on tracking info for a week. I message their WhatsApp line and receive responses after several hours or days. They do not answer their whatsaap line phone aswell. They also make up the live chat on their website, it does not exist. Only after hunting them down, do they send a message saying that they are out of stock even though I clearly did not preorder but order under pretences that stock exists. the website was false altogether. They have now taken my money and sent vague emails saying they cant assist me etc. I have been trying to contact them for the past days and no return of my email and response. The last message i received from them stated that i had to confirm something in four days or they are shutting me up. May i add that they still Have my R3071 with them. I am so disappointed as i used to shop at the South African branch all the time with joy and now the company has become something else with no value for its customers. I am utterly disappointed and I feel ****med.I am willing to broadcast the exchange of emails back and forth to showcase Charles and Keith's poor service and lack of integrity and urgency to customers after taking their money. So now I don't know when i am getting this bag or not with my money still in their hands.

Sooo I bought from their website and the shoe was big on me, I wanted to return which I did, they tracking number says they have already received the return last month, sent them email with tracking number so many times and they keep on saying they're still waiting for the return. what the hell. they're trying to take my money. such a horrible experience

I went to open an account and their employee took her personal items before handing the account card to me, she hand it over with credit already. The Charles & Keith wants me to pay an amount of 3 600.00 I need your help Hello Peter

Guys don’t do it. Customs clearance charges=NOT WORTH IT. I placed an order from Charles & Keith worth R3250 and customs are charging me close to 100% of the value of my parcel. I had absolutely no idea up until customs notified me saying that they will only release the parcel until I pay the customs charges. Upon checking out, Charles & Keith should be open with customers by letting them know that there will be customs fees due.

I had the worst experience ever on… I had the worst experience ever on Charles Keith. I ordered on their Canadian website and they offered FREE Delivery to me, only to get notified by DHL that I had Custom Charges of over 150 USD to pay. That's not all on the terrible experience I've had with them, I ordered 5 pairs of shoes in size US 9 only to receive European 39. Globally US 9 is European 40. When I spoke to Customer Service, I wasn't offered any help, I was told I should have read the Terms and Conditions on their website and also their Size Guide. Who really does that? I will never be shopping on their website again. I was really shocked that even after spending almost 1000 USD on their website and being notified that I am now a Privilege Member, they could do nothing to help me.

If at all I could give negative stars , I would do that. This is my "Worst Online Shopping Experience" ever. I ordered a bag and paid the amount online. Was really excited about the delivery when I heard shipment got stuck in the customs. Generally , customer do not have to worry about such details. However, their worst customer service made this possible. And when it all got out of shipment and delivered via DHL, the delivery guys asked for Rs 10000 and for what ? My product itself was for Rs 7000 and the delivery guy asking for Rs 10000 as a custom tax. This is such a scam and I am really annoyed, agitated and disappointed. None of the companies in the world is like "Charles and Keith" and I strongly do not recommend "Charles and Keith" especially when there are hidden charges like customs payout etc. You might end up losing your money like me.
