Worst Online Shopping Experience

I had the worst experience ever on… I had the worst experience ever on Charles Keith.

I ordered on their Canadian website and they offered FREE Delivery to me, only to get notified by DHL that I had Custom Charges of over 150 USD to pay.

That's not all on the terrible experience I've had with them, I ordered 5 pairs of shoes in size US 9 only to receive European 39. Globally US 9 is European 40.

When I spoke to Customer Service, I wasn't offered any help, I was told I should have read the Terms and Conditions on their website and also their Size Guide.

Who really does that? I will never be shopping on their website again.

I was really shocked that even after spending almost 1000 USD on their website and being notified that I am now a Privilege Member, they could do nothing to help me.
