I'm not happy about Chartwell Group

If I could give zero stars, I would. Chartwell Group Home Financing is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their client service is terrible—unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism.

They overcharge without explanation, and when questioned, they fail to provide any clear breakdown of costs. Worse still, they manipulate the financing process to take ownership of the home you are trying to finance.

Payments are inconsistent, with additional, unexplained charges appearing out of nowhere. It’s clear that they do not operate transparently or ethically. To make matters worse, they are not even recognized by the Ombudsman, meaning if you have an issue, there’s little recourse.

Stay far away from this company unless you want to lose money and possibly your home!
