No sense of emergency

This company is not helpful at all, they don’t have emergency number, the number that you call is the call centre number that operate during office hours only and when you get them during office hours they tell you to call helpline number off which the call centre does not even have.

My brother got highjacked and we couldn’t get hold of them. They’ve been paying them since 2012. Money gone to waste

It’s a **** of a tracking company.
