This company is not helpful at all, they don’t have emergency number, the number that you call is the call centre number that operate during office hours only and when you get them during office hours they tell you to call helpline number off which the call centre does not even have. My brother got highjacked and we couldn’t get hold of them. They’ve been paying them since 2012. Money gone to waste It’s a **** of a tracking company.
I bought a Hisense TV at Mako centurion 6 days ago on Sunday (08/09/2018), when I got home I opened the box to see if indeed there was a TV inside. The TV was never taken out of the box. Few days later I saw another TV at another store which is cheaper and bigger than the one I bought at Makro Centurion, then decided to take it back to Makro Centurion so that I can govbuy the one that I’ve seen at another store because is cheaper and bigger. I even showed them the TV that I saw. Makro Centurion refused to take the TV back coz I’ve opened the box to check if there was a TV inside the box. I have spoken to the sales person who helped me on Sunday (08/09/2018) by the name of Emmanuel Mudau who went to speak to his manager Sharron who said indeed they can’t help me with the return of the TV. They were not even willing to see if the TV was used or tempered with, they just told me that they can’t except the return of the TV unless there was defects in the TV.
This place u get treated as if you’re school kid and u staying at a student accommodation, u not allowed to have visitors
<p>I went to FNB branch at Bopedi Complex to do a cash deposit, the tellers refused to held me inside and told me to go to ATM, when I got to the ATM they were not working, I went inside again to request them yo assist me again and they still refused after I explained to them about the ATM situation.</p> <p> </p> <p>They told me that I should just wait at the ATM until it gets fixed, not thinking that I didn't just come to stand infront of the ATM until it gets fixed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've never experienced such a bad service from branch. The least they could've done is to help until the ATM get fixed.</p>
<p>I was staying at Protea hotel Umhlanga rocks and I was charged for dinner for 4 days of which I didn't eat, I feel robbed and I think I'll never and won't suggest it to a friend or anyone to sleep there coz they're going to robbed just like me</p>
<p>David gave me a revise premium on my car insurance and I'm happy with it</p>
