VERY DISSATISFIED SERVICE.

28 Sep 2020, 01:37 Very dissatisfied and dissapointed in the professionalism and customer service. Hi there I'm very dissapointed in the service I received in the life store at the Chatsworth centre branch. As soon as you enter the store a sale assistant is always there to basically attack you or surround you all the time it makes it really difficult to actually view the range that they have instock. As a customer please give us atleast ten minutes to browse around and if we require any assistance what so ever we'll ask for it. Furthermore I've been to this store on Friday of last week the 26/9/20 I was assisted by a colored individual who practically insisted that I'm not a size 38 waist rather a size 34. He then yelled out my query to bed manager who confirmed the same thing it's so unethical and rude seeing as I was trying to tell him that I'm short but have a medical condition which actually broadens up my waist. He then talks slang language to me as if I'm he's friend. I eventually left the store angry and dissatisfied went to edgars and bought a pair of jeans from them in cash. If this is the way the staff at the Chatsworth centre life store treat customers its very very appalling. Seeing as this is not the first time this as transpired on previous occasions during my lunch break off work I went to purchase clothing drom the store but I was treated as if I'm a rogue or a bigger from the street. It's very dis'satisfying seeing as people can label you in this manner based on how you dress.
