I've been in contact with sanlam gap cover from 2019 when I've obtained medical aid. Ever since then I've had endless problems in regards to my monthly debit order just recently for the month of February sanlam gap cover has experienced problems in regards to them double debiting individuals bank account this has also happened to me but instead of them debiting my monthly premium they debited the debit fee instead. Which means the premium for February is still outstanding to complicate matters further they then deposit money into my account and still do not correct they error I've been in contact with the call centre for the past 2 weeks. Within that 2 week period I've been transferred to the escalations department and back to the call centre with no regards to assist me whatsoever. They have sent emails stating the problem will be resolved within a turn around time of 48hrs but unfortunately its been 2 weeks and still no feedback absolutely terrible service the gap cover department honestly deserves more professional individuals in this role. I've now taken the liberty to seek other insurance companies to assist further The following individuals where committed to assist but u unfortunately didn't. How come in the new ackermans advert on TV they have every race group of children in it but not a indian child. Is it that Ackermans do not value the indian population in this country as loyal customers. Cause the last time I checked this was suppose to be rainbow nation where every individual is treated the same irespectful of race or color.
I've recently purchased this tinkies product from our local spar that is based in Durban chatsworth and unfortunately after opening the product and giving it to my sickly mum who has a stroke to digest she immediately informed me that this product taste and smells very very funny she immediately vomited the item. How can tiger brands been the company that they are shelf products that are so close to the expiry date which is already gone bad as individuals and especially the elderly we can become very very sick I wish to. After writing up an email which the response time is 24hrs they still choose not to reply or even update us as to why such things happe.
I went into astron energy based in Moorton chatsworth (Durban) today around 2:45pm dated 22/11/24. I was approached by an Indian gentleman (Petrol attendant) who assisted me to top up fuel. I could tell that this individual was an abrupt and disrespectful person just from he's demeanor. I requested also to fill up my tyre pressure and I was told that it was unavailable. He seemed to be rude and quite straight forward, He then told me to fill pressure at the right side of the garage which was toward the exit. Upon further investigation I had noticed from a far that this very pump had no fault with the pressure machine seeing as another customer had just used it. When I approached the pump attendant named (Nithiya) who had assisted me i made him aware of what transpired he then became frantic and arrogant with a terrible approach to a simple question he stood he's ground with an intention to have an altercation. I had even brought this to the managers attention as well but to no avail did I recieve an apology from the petrol attendant. Even whilst explaining the situtaion in simple terms this petrol attendant had made he's feelings known that he was there to do me a favor and not the other way around. I've been a loyal dedicated customer of this service station for years and to be treated in the manner was absolutely terrible. Yet on a daily basis to and from the garage I avoid 3 other garages cause im a loyal customer and to be treated in such a way was horrible. Now I guess gone are the days of customers been valued that's out the door now.
I recently purchased a piemans pie from our local shoprite store dated 12/9/24. Upon purchase of the product I had given this item to my mum who had been discharged from hospital to eat she then began to vomit and felt quite ill after consuming the item upon careful inspection we noticed that the product itself was off/Spoilt and had a very very bad smell to it. I approached the shoprite store the very next day stating to the manager what had transpired till date there's been no form of response from piemans itself. How can piemans been the reputable company that you are sell items of such low quality to the public.
Purchased a quarter hot chicken tikka breast piece with chips and roti yesterday at the chatsworth branch opposite the kfc and the meal was absolutely terrible the chicken was dry with mostly marinate on it and for a breast piece chicken it had no such meat on it. I personally wouldn't even give that to a person on a street nor my dog it was dry and horrible and when taken back to the store there was no apology or remorse it was if it was actually prepared yesterday and sold today to it's customers the worst Tikka I've eaten thus far seeing had it quite literally ruined my lunch break.
In November of last year we where told to come into the store to renew our lte data plan contract that consist of a Sim and pocket modem. We renewed the Sim plan to 20gig day and night surfer as of the 2/01/24 we are unable to surf the internet properly without the reception continously going down and picking up again yet to go back down within half a second. Why should we be paying for a data plan that we cannot even use. Upon a visit to the chatsworth centre store we where told that there is a problem but no particular time frame is given in regards to fixing this issue we run a small business from home and we require data seeing as it's a means of income and this is very very unprofessional how can you be paying for something that you cannot use.

Everybody that watched the expresso show that showed them making money instantly sounds good but you need to take the following into consideration. 1. They say you need to deposit R4700 to begin trading it's false. you actually have to invest alot more according to the dollar exchange rate plus they also charge you an administration fee. 2. If any of these individuals call you to have you registered or claim to help you on the platform it's definitely a ****. - Maria stewart This individual calls you from a japanese country to debit your account. - Melinda Jones This individual is based in turkey calls you for a copy of your I.d proof of residence and a clear copy of your bank card front and back absolutely demanding. - Caroline Helenka This lady is based in London the **** artist she will call you everyday to trade. You start trading for one day and because you are excited you earn around $10. The next day when she calls she insist that you diverse yourself and invest in other markets but to increase your wealth you have to transfer more funds into your account. She keeps calling you until you do and when you don't she stops calling you at all so basically you can't get your money out and you left with no one to help you. A friend of mine based in Durban has been ****med for R5500. GUY'S PLEASE BE AWARE. ALSO KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE CALLED ABOVE INVESTING. AND NOT IMMEDIATE MOMENTUM. THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION OR BACKGROUND OF THIS COMPANY THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER OR PHYSICAL ADDRESS STATED IN THEY WEBSITE. THERE'S NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE OWNERS OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT.
I purchased a can of your dragon 500ml energy drink upon inspection of the item I noticed that the can was badly damaged. I thought that this would occur during the transportation process of the item itself once I had opened the can and digested the contents inside of it I instantly became noxious and felt dizzy the item smelt very very bad and the product was of a low standard I sent an email via the Dragon energy drink website and lodged a complaint and received a reply from johann but to no avail as he helped me at all. Poor service delivery.
