STAY AWAY!

A RIP OFF!!   A damn joke to be even considered a medical provider. The actual owner is a MONEY HUNGRY, EXTORTIONIST  who preys on the sensitivity of emotional, distraught pet lovers. When your fur baby is sick , a pet owner goes to great lengths to ensure the best is done for a speedy recovery of this 4 legged family member. The fact that we were willing to accept the bill just so that the baby gets the attention he needs , allowed her to charge to her COLD heart's content and THOUSANDS OF RANDS later the dog is worse then with the initial consult. Please tell me how you charge for a follow up consultation when the dog was not consulted,  the tests were and each test charged for. I have no issue paying for a service provided,  this was not. Dont bother going to this place. The only reason why we had faith in this location is because we were previously consulted by a xpulred gentleman who was wonderful. My dog interacted well with him because he was caring and gentle. The 2 females who tended to my poor baby this time were aggravating him and poked his both front legs.  How can you not get a vein on a sedated dog ?? She avoids our calls and we have to now go see another vet to fix the mess she exacerbated . Please review your qualifications,  with this treatment or lack thereof , those qualifications deserve to be revoked. If you're so money hungry , get a refund for the education you tried to get at vet school!!
