NO DRIVER , NO CANCELLATION, PATHETIC AGENTS, USELESS DRIVER Had the worst experience with Ubereats. Always some issue. There were no drivers to pick up the order after half and hour , tried to contact them to cancel, an agent called Mabul connected telling me I wasn't charged and the order didnt go through. Asked him what happens if the order picks up a driver and the store preps, rudely told that he already answered the question and reiterated that I wasn't charged , ignoring my concern completely . The order gets picked up over an hour later and the chat bot refused to give me an agent. Eventually one connects and again does not assist me , they also disconnect randomly without helping. Messaged the uver driver and called the store to say the order is cancelled as it is too late. The driver arrived , did not follow instructions, refuses to come to the door and proceeds to drive off without delivering the food!!! Ignoring messages and calls ! Imagine having to chase after an ubereats car in the icy cold winds of a winters evening !! I am absolutely disgusted with this lack of service and complete disregard for customer service. I do not recommend ubereats. Even the uber rides were unreliable. Tried even uberone, was charged services fees when I wasn't supposed to be, my food was delivered damaged and terribly late on more than one occasion. Overall pathetic.
Initially seemed like a convenient way to buy electricity without leaving your home. However, I bought electricity today and after an hour still did not receive it. Call centre, over 10 mins waiting, no answer. Called again, to be in contact with a very rude man. Very displeased with lack of efficiency and rudeness, eventually got the token but will discontinue using this method and advise others not to either.
***** !! PLEASE BE AWARE My father had been getting suspicious communications regarding an upgrade to his cellphone account. He called Cell C and reported , the agent advised him that they would be cancelling said upgrade and would flag the activity. Now a debit order is pending on his account for an amount of over R800. 2 cell phones were delivered to an address in phoenix, durban, which we don't live anywhere near there and is not the address on his account. Furthermore , they forever fail to update the security questions and make it impossible to get through over the phone. Tell me how the account holder cannot get through to his own account as your answers recorded are incorrect and your agents fail to rectify it each time, but *****sters easily get through and process contracts without the permission of the account holder! Now this elderly man needs to run around trying to get affidavits to get a process going . Who handed over the phones without positive ID? Who authorised the contract without him approving anything?? Why must he be penalised with that debit order coming out of his account until you people feel like getting up and assisting . Utter incompetence . *************. Seems like your staff has access to the systems and people's info and using it to de***** innocent old people!!! When a thing like this happens you aren't even going out of your way to assist, rather sending the customer on a wild goose chase of his own to get justice? No man. Do better. Contact me urgently to address this matter and reverse this *******.

They never call you back. I'm still waiting for my key tags to be delivered from last year. It's a constant chase. No one listens to your concerns. Very frustrating
Wanted to redeem points. Went into store to the cashier. Another employee insisted we use the self help , despite us saying the points need to be used. The points were taken and no order pulled through. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Requested a manager more than 3 times and waited excessively before getting fed up and leaving. The manager, Nosipho, refused to come out, sent out another staff member who only insisted on explaining what he knows about the app as opposed to listening to the query. This branch has in the past given us the wrong order, forgotten to put stuff in our order that we've paid for, given us stale chips , wrong sauce amongst other issues. As regular patrons, we've been understanding of the new business finding its feet but to he ignored and avoided
AMAZING ! IMPECCABLE! PERFECTION! The DIAMOND standard of client care and customer service. The reception staff and the******s are remarkable. So kind , friendly, professional and pleasant. The treatments are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Rejuvenation, relaxation and pampering at its finest. Personally choose this place to spend my special occasions like birthdays , valentines etc. Thank you to the Musgrave branch for being so helpful and accommodating today and for being consistent with your wonderful service and attention to detail. A must visit.
Perfect 10 galleria. Perfect for mishandling their customers then blaming them for it. The owner can afford to sit on a call for half an hour explaining why its not their fault and why you're lying about mistreated and that her staff could never possibly do such a thing. The woman who did my waxing grabbed my cheeks and pushed it side to side when she was doing my waxing. She jacked the bed up roughly and my eyebrows were uneven afterwards. She also made me wait until she was ready to get my appointment done. Don't waste your time here. The owner is always shouting on the phone or at employees and we can hear her. Even on the phone with me today she just went on about how she's right I'm wrong and she has a legal background etc. Where in that was I prioritised? She used the opportunity to vent her frustrations about my complaint not to understand and assist me. She also kept question everything in the negative to falsify what I'm saying. Her staff can mishandle you in the privacy of that room and then she does nothing. Pointless wait of time. Unethical, no integrity. They obviously make a lot of money off everyone else and can afford to lose clients.
****TY ATTITUDES! NO AFTER SALE CUSTOMER CARE. Purchased a BRAND NEW car and everyone was all sweet when they want you to buy the car. Settlement on my trade in not done, my account debited and I'm left phoning around to see how to fix it. Everyone is denying who's fault it is and sending me around in circles. The arrogant and don't care attitudes from most of the staff there is ridiculous. Evidently once they get your sale, they don't care. Neil has no telephone etiquette , he's rude and painful to deal with. How can VW even partner with them if they have people like this working for them
