On the 3rd of September 2025 I purchased R300 electricity, never received the token. I called them only to be told that they no longer do the municipality that we reside in (Velddrif). I asked for a refund which was promised. Since then we have continued to call with no refund. I am now going to take this further, Carte Blanche and legal avenues. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Staff have no idea what they're doing and neither does the "so-called" manager.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delays with electricity token coming through. Email helpline or call helpline you end up just wasting your time. Time frames given are total nonsense. Bought electricity on the 1st Aug, now MIGHT receive it on the 3rd.

I have purchased R500 electricity yesterday and still havent receivedy token. Everytime i call they say they offline and i nees to wait till they back online. Ive been buying for 5 years now and never ever had this issue. I have senft and email asking for a refund and was told to wait till they back online. This os pathetic service and they can forget me ever using them again. What if i was sitting without any units and money to go somewhere else to biy. This is very sad and unfair. Im done with wire it i will never use their services again. Theu slowly but surely loosing people.

Unfortunately I HAVE to use them since our Municipality only use them for a prepaid meter!!! First they cant find my number on the system, been buying for 3 years.. Then they cant find a R1000 voucher on that was bought on the 22 on the 26 phone them and asked them where is my token number said they did not receive payment. Send them the proof of payment. Still cant find it!!! Buy every month, Just soooo laid back.

I bought electricity for R100 on the standard bank app. A voucher was sent to my cellphone number but no credit of units in the meter. When I called Wireit to enquire they said the voucher has already been used and there is nothing they can do.

Refund On 06 February 2025 , I made erroneous online electrical power units purchase to the value of R1000. I then contacted WireIT , On the same day I received an e-mail with a refund reference number me that I will be paid my refund between 7-10 working days. When the 10 day expired , I have been calling WireIT every single day and all I was ever told was to wait . What infuriated me the most today was that my the call centre agent informed me that my request was only escalated on the 19 th of February 2025 and it would take another 7-10 working days. This cannot be true , I want my refund
