Poor service, refuses to reverse upgrade, denying phone is faulty, saying it's on me that the phone is faulty due to my charger.

Mikaela Marshall makes as if the customer is wrong & does not take responsibility that there could be a faulty phone in stock. How she makes it out the customer is always wrong & it's the customers fault. I never had a problem with vodacom until now
