Please be wary of swiping your card at Checksave, near Silversands. The cashier had swiped my card twice after their card machine had taken a long time to process, only for it to say declined. Both my cashier, as well as the cashier next to her, then informed me that there's been an ongoing issue with their network. After leaving everything that I'd intended on purchasing behind & exiting the store, I received a notification that the money had been deducted from my bank account. (A few other customers had also experienced the same issue whilst I was there.) Upon my return to the store one of the emoloyees, Samkhe, had told me to wait a few minutes for it to be corrected, which was not the case. After some time, I asked to speak to their manager. The manager, Lennen, then told me to wait for two hours, & that if I was not refunded by the end of the day, I'd need to go to the bank, print a bank statement, go back to Checksave & then wait for him to submit a form and thereafter wait for it to get approved by his superiors. He refused to let me email it instead of me wasting money & time by running around. He additionally refused to disclose any higher-ups contact details. I have still not been refunded.
