Not the first time I have a bad experience here. Wait 20min in queue when there are like 10 customers. 12h15 in peak time on a saturday, only 1 till open, because the employee went on lunch. Super arrogant and bad attitudes, always getting into arguments with clients

"Dear Checkers liquor festival mall I visited your on 19 September 3025 and had an issue with the pricing of an item. The price displayed was different from what I was charged at the checkout. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, Sphiwe, he responded in a manner that I found unprofessional. Specifically, when I tried to resolve the issue, Sphiwe claimed that I was the one who didn't understand English. I was taken aback by his response, as I believe it's essential for customer-facing staff to communicate effectively and respectfully, regardless of any potential misunderstandings.
