Not the first time I have a bad experience here. Wait 20min in queue when there are like 10 customers. 12h15 in peak time on a saturday, only 1 till open, because the employee went on lunch. Super arrogant and bad attitudes, always getting into arguments with clients
Woolworths cafe Menlyn. Shocking shocking shocking service. Its one thing being busy, but when the waiter is super arrogant, and the manager just stares at you and starts to argue with you when you address her - never never never again will I support a Woolworths cafe, anywhere
Waiting 3 weeks for an online order. Cant get through to call centre AT ALL, they responded to my email and ask for the order nr and since then, for a week now, simply dont respons
Placed large order on 2 Dec. Received update that order is delayed a week ago, ever since then no comms and they dont answer their phones. I mean blackfriday or not - waiting almost 3 weeks and no comms
Drivers playing games. So called 3 failed delivery attempts - but no phone calls, and there is ALWAYS someone home. Was holding for 20min to get hold of their call centre, obviously a tactic
From the moment we walk into the door, the lady in front had such a bad attitude. Then they immediately got our drinks order wrong. But its the bad attitudes of the waiters that gets me everytime, now I remember why we dont come here anymore
Ordered from steers, paid for the priority service. 45min later the rude and obnoxious driver calls me and says I must replace the milkshakes with buddy soft drinks and then argued with me as I did not want to do it. I said he must just deliver the rest of the food When he wad close to my house, he decided to turn around and he took my food back to the steers and the order process started over. I then drove their and collected my own order, 1 hour and 15min later. They still charged me for the delivery. SHOCKING
Ordered a pizza on uber ears, app said only collection. Got notification that pizzas are ready, when I got there I had to wait another 30min. Staff had such bad attitudes, not their problem, rude, will never buy from Romans again
Bought a samsung 21kg washing machine last year May. Took the extended warranty, and specifically said I want to buy a brand that is good with after market service. Now I have an issue with the machine for the first time, had to really fight to get the samsung technicians out. When they finally got out, they just left a message with my nanny saying ‘check pipes and switch’. Thats it, nothing more, nothing less. Will never buy samsung again
Made a duplicate transaction more than 2 weeks ago, the funds were not pulling through to the vendor, and just absolutely battling to get them toil issue the credits. Excuse after excuse, blaming my bank, etc etc. Will NEVER use zapper again
