Specifically, when I tried to resolve the issue, Sphiwe claimed that I was the one who didn't understand English.
I was taken aback by his response, as I believe it's essential for customer-facing staff to communicate effectively and respectfully, regardless of any potential misunderstandings. I hope you will address this matter and ensure that your staff are trained to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
